Compensation: $130,000 - $160,000 annually, depending on experience Location: Houston, Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Cyber Security Advisor to join their team! Join a dynamic team as a Cyber Security Advisor, where you'll lead the strategic vision for the security department. This position offers a unique opportunity to both shape and implement security strategies within an innovative environment. The role is open due to expansion, providing a chance to make a significant impact in a growing company. Key Responsibilities & Duties: Monitor IT infrastructure for security breaches Respond to security incidents and conduct investigations Ensure compliance with TSA regulations Develop and implement security policies Conduct security awareness training programs Evaluate and implement security technologies Collaborate with IT and departments for security alignment Maintain TSA-approved Cybersecurity Implementation Plan Develop and test Cybersecurity Incident Response Plan Required Qualifications & Experience: Minimum 5 years in cybersecurity role Experience in energy or pipeline industry Knowledge of TSA and pipeline regulations Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proven incident investigation experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Nice to Have Skills & Experience: Experience with network segmentation policies Familiarity with cybersecurity assessment plans Knowledge of access control measures Experience in conducting security drills Perks & Benefits: This opportunity includes a comprehensive and competitive benefits package—details will be shared during later stages of the hiring process.
