📝 Credentialing Specialist | Morristown, NJ 07960

📅 Schedule: Mon–Fri | 8AM–4PM or 9AM–5PM

💵 Pay: $24–$26/hr | Weekly Pay

📆 Duration: 13-Week Contract (Possible Extension)

🔍 Overview:

Seeking an experienced Credentialing Specialist with 2+ years of provider credentialing experience. Proficiency in Echo or CredentialStream strongly preferred.

🛠️ Responsibilities:

• Process initial and reappointment applications (125–200 quarterly)
• Maintain provider data in Echo
• Ensure compliance with federal/state guidelines and site-specific bylaws
• Prepare reports, credentialing packets, and committee materials
• Track licensure/certification expirations
• Attend meetings, take minutes, and manage dues

✅ Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor’s preferred)
• Strong knowledge of healthcare credentialing processes
• Excellent communication, organization & data analysis skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently
