Description:

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Preconstruction Manager to join our team in Charleston, SC. This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a strong background in preconstruction for ground-up commercial and multi-family projects .

What You’ll Do:

• Lead preconstruction activities for projects with budgets of $10M+
• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and scopes of work
• Collaborate closely with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to align project goals
• Evaluate constructability, schedule, and material options to optimize project delivery
• Support business development and client relationship efforts

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of preconstruction experience on ground-up commercial or multi-family projects
• Strong knowledge of estimating, budgeting, and construction planning
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work collaboratively
• Proven track record of supporting successful, profitable project delivery
