Overview

This role is designed to help keep projects within Clearfork Creative moving according to the processes in place. Using different management tools to keep work flowing, the traffic manager will schedule and manage projects, allocate resources and partner with the account team to prioritize and problem-solve.

Location: Fort Worth, TX

Responsibilities

• Project Scheduling and Management: Creating and maintaining project schedules, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Assigning tasks and projects to appropriate team members based on their skills and availability.
• Prioritization and Problem-solving: Partnering with the accounts team, the traffic manager will assess project priorities, identify potential bottlenecks and propose solutions.
• Communication and Collaboration: Act as the central point of contact for key stakeholders in each project.
• Strong organizational abilities
• Proficiency with PCs and Microsoft products
• Knowledge of Smart Sheet (nice to have)
• Interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail
• Adaptable and collaborative
