Job Description

As our first true Chief People Officer, youll architect the people engine that fuels rapid scale, technical mastery, and deep engagement. Youll transform HR into a strategic powerhouse, where cuttingedge IT/fintech expertise meets radical empathy.

Your working location can be either Prishtina or Skopje.

What your responsibilities are

• Craft a multiyear people roadmap to attract and retain top DevOps engineers, data scientists, product owners, and security experts.
• Launch a Fintech Fellowship to fasttrack highpotential talent into cloud engineering, AI ops, and blockchain labs.
• Ignite belonging across 5 offices and remote hubs with crossborder mentoring circles, livestreamed Town Hall Hacks, and localized culture squads.
• Embed realtime people analytics dashboards to track morale, skill gaps, burnout risk, and speed of hiring.
• Advise the CEO and Executive Team on changemanagement playbooks for major releases, M&A integrations, and digital pivots.

What you bring to the team

• 15+ years in senior HR/People rolesat least 5 in highgrowth fintech, SaaS, or digital banking environments.
• Proven track record launching talent accelerators for engineers, product managers, cybersecurity experts, and data scientists.
• Handson experience with PeopleTech stacks (e.g., Workday) and building out internal analytics.
• Deep empathy, fearless experimentation, and a bias for rapid iterationcomfortable cocreating policy and then ripping it up if it doesnt work.
• Fluent English; bonus points for German, Romanian, Macedonian, Albanian, or Ukrainian.

Quipu Card Personalisation Centre in Prishtina was founded in 2004 and is a modern and flexible centre for card personalisation and maintenance of automated equipment (ATMs and POS terminals), owned by Quipu.
