The successful candidate will be a strategic, results-oriented, and dynamic professional with a minimum of 10 years' experience in a Chief of Staff, strategy, operations, or senior executive role within the CPG sector. This pivotal position involves driving key initiatives, optimizing executive operations, and maintaining seamless communication with both internal and external stakeholders. The Chief of Staff will serve as a trusted advisor, providing strategic counsel, operational oversight, and high-level project execution to further the company's mission and impact. A high level of discretion, leadership, and problem-solving abilities is essential, as is a passion for sustainability, innovation, and making a positive impact in the food industry. Key responsibilities for the Chief of Staff include acting as a strategic thought partner to the Founder, ensuring alignment between leadership objectives and business operations, and overseeing executive communications. The role also involves preparing reports and materials for high-level meetings, optimizing processes and workflows, and leading special projects from concept to execution. The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal skills, be a critical thinker, and possess strong project management, budgeting, and business operations experience. They will work closely with finance, operations, HR, and leadership teams to enhance organizational culture, employee engagement, and talent development, and will be responsible for fostering a collaborative, high-performance work environment that reflects the company's values and commitment to excellence.
