Aux Talent is partnering with a mission-driven nonprofit organization in Philadelphia to hire a Chief of Staff for a senior executive leading stewardship and development efforts. This is a pivotal role supporting an inspiring leader who oversees initiatives that directly impact millions in the community.
You’ll act as the executive’s right hand—balancing high-level administrative support with strategic coordination.
Typical duties (but are not limited to): From managing calendars and communications to driving projects, events, and fundraising campaigns forward, you’ll ensure operations run seamlessly and vision turns into execution. This is a role for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, values purpose-driven work, and can juggle both detail and big picture with ease.
This is not just an admin role—you’ll be directly involved in strategy, execution, and operational leadership across the organization.
REQUIREMENTS: 5+ years in executive support, project coordination, or a Chief of Staff capacity. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, along with discretion, attention to detail, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with nonprofit or faith-based organizations is a plus.

LOCATION: Philadelphia, PA — in office, with some local travel and occasional evening/weekend events
COMPENSATION: 120-130K base + full benefits package
