Job Title: Call Center Manager

All-Weather Seal of West Michigan is seeking a Call Center Manager to lead our Scheduling, Inbound, and Outbound teams. This is a critical role for a hands-on leader who loves developing people, managing performance metrics, and driving efficiency while supporting a culture of accountability and growth.

What You’ll Do as Call Center Manager

  • Recruit, hire, develop, and lead a team of callers and emerging leaders
  • Manage rep schedules and ensure coverage aligns with business needs
  • Provide live coaching to improve performance and conversion rates
  • Oversee daily metrics and coach reps to outbound, inbound, and scheduling goals
  • Forecast monthly budgets and maintain cost-per-lead and departmental marketing cost targets
  • Research and implement new software or tools to improve efficiency
  • Build and develop 2nd-tier leadership within the call center
  • Ensure accurate lead distribution and attention to detail for maximum results

What We’re Looking For in a Call Center Manager

  • Proven experience managing a call center team
  • Strong background with tools such as:
  • Auto-dialers (Five9)
  • CRM systems (Lead Perfection or ImproveIt 360)
  • Lead qualifier tools (Active Prospect)
  • AI coaching tools (Balto)
  • Ability to analyze data and make strong business decisions
  • Critical thinker with strong leadership, organization, accountability, and motivational skills
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but experience can be considered in place of formal education
