We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cabinet Maker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in crafting custom cabinetry, furniture, and woodwork pieces using both hand tools and woodworking machinery. You will be responsible for reading blueprints, selecting materials, measuring and cutting wood, assembling components, and finishing pieces to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications

• Select appropriate materials based on project requirements

• Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood and wood substitutes using hand tools and woodworking machines

• Install hardware (hinges, drawer slides, handles, etc.)

• Sand and finish surfaces, applying stains, lacquers, or paints as needed

• Assemble and install cabinets, vanities, and built-in furniture at job sites when required

• Maintain tools and equipment in safe working condition

• Ensure workspaces are clean and organized

• Collaborate with designers, contractors, and team members to meet project deadlines and specifications

• Adhere to safety standards and company policies

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a cabinet maker or in a similar role

• Proficiency in woodworking tools and machinery (saws, routers, planers, jointers, etc.)

• Strong understanding of wood properties and joinery techniques

• Ability to read technical drawings and plans

• Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship

• Physical stamina and strength to handle heavy materials and long hours on your feet

• Good math and measurement skills

• Valid driver’s license (for installation roles)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with commercial and residential cabinetry standards
