We are looking for a Marketer to join our team to market for a barber at the barbershop! You will be responsible for simply hitting KPIs and socializing in busy areas of Pearland & Houston and letting people know the location of a Near By , High Quality Barbershop to increase brand & service awareness.

Responsibilities:

• Talking to 80-100 People Per Hour
• Determine product demand and customer awareness
• Creating group chats , introducing interested client to barbers on the spot (Gathering Phone Numbers or social media for interested potential clients)
• Targeting Local Gyms , Busy Strip Centers , and Busy Stores
• Be quick and straight to the point its not about being a salesman but more towards spreading positivity and building curiosity from not showing desperation trying to convince someone to be serviced at the barbershop but more towards just "letting nearby people know , incase they weren't aware of the services"
• Monitor and report on customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in marketing or other related fields
• Experience sales , or network marketing , business promoting , and socializing
• Strong social skills
• Strong time management skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Consistent & organized
