*Qualifications*
* Required Education – JD
* Actively barred in: Idaho
* Entry-level attorneys encouraged to apply
* Enthusiasm to go to court and develop litigation skills is fantastic
* Must reside in Boise, ID
*Responsibilities*
* Work remotely from a home office
* Remote and in-person court appearances on behalf of our clients
* Conduct legal research and writing
* Review and approve pleadings and correspondence
* Negotiate to resolve matters prior to trial
