️What You’ll Do

As an Art Studio Assistant , your role will involve a mix of hands-on tasks and creative contributions. Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:

• Greet and set up customers who pop in to paint during the day
• Sketch simple designs on canvas or wood for classes ✏️
• Answer phones & respond to private party inquiries
• Follow up to ensure customers complete private event steps ✅
• Stock supplies, organize inventory, and put away deliveries
• Organize and maintain studio photos on Google Drive
• Create quick, fun social media content (no pro skills needed!)
• Travel between Alpharetta, Kennesaw, and Sandy Springs studios

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in a similar or relevant role
• Reliable transportation
• Strong organizational skills
• Comfortable sketching basic designs
• Friendly, dependable, self-motivated personality
• Social media savvy or excited to learn

Please note: This role is a part-time non benefited role. Candidate must be available to work 25-35 hours per week including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

- Experience: 3 years in a similar or relevant position.

- Transportation: Reliable transportation to travel between studio locations - Kennesaw and 1 other Alpharetta or Sandy Springs.

- Skills:

- Strong organizational abilities.

- Prior customer service experience in a retail, commercial or professional setting.

- A proactive and self-motivated attitude.

- Trustworthiness: We value team members who are dependable and take pride in their work.
