ERMC has stations in more than 200 airports. We provide a comprehensive range of ground aviation services, encompassing ticketing, ground handling, cabin cleaning, and cargo handling. ERMC also provides operations and maintenance for terminals and support facilities in some of the world's busiest airport locations

.

ERMC Aviation Services is in search of an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee our operations at the Miami airport. 

Responsibilities:

• Develop and design innovative solutions to difficult problems, manage outside contractors, and be on call for emergencies.
• Handle multiple internal and externally sponsored projects and daily activities, manage to and meet deadlines, and develop & track plans on how to accomplish departmental and distribution goals.
• Work with Safety department leadership to understand, implement, and audit safety programs. Ensure that all safety programs and procedures are followed.
• Develop and maintain preventative maintenance programs and good working relationships with operations leadership.
• Facilitate technical and safety training, as well as help to develop the professional development of maintenance associates.
• Maintain site morale and customer satisfaction by keeping the customer in mind and by keeping the interests of the company at heart.

Qualifications:

• Must have at least 3 years of experience in Facilities Maintenance.
• Experience in airport operations or infrastructure
• Experience with FAA regulations, safety protocols, and airport systems

Standard qualifications:

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Completing
• Must possess a Government ID and Social Security card.
• Must be able to obtain and keep an airport security badge.
• Must have or be able to attain reliable transportation.
• Able to work in extreme conditions, such as hot and cold weather, as well as in small spaces
• Able to receive appropriate security clearances after completing a criminal background check.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to work extended hours depending on operational needs.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
