Job Duties
Greets and directs visitors, ensuring a positive first impression.
Monitors visitor access while following all security protocols.
Provides friendly, efficient customer service to visitors and employees.
Maintains reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized, with necessary supplies readily available.
Answers and screens calls, taking accurate messages and passing along to appropriate parties.
Performs general clerical tasks as needed.
Qualifications
Requires ability to speak effectively with groups of customers or employees of organization.
Requires ability to perform basic numerical, statistical, and/or financial analysis.
Applies common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
Requires 4-5 years of experience.
