Essential Skills and Abilities:

· Proficient at forecasting potential roadblocks by using problem solving abilities to find alternative solutions and reach a positive outcome

· Ability to act with little direction and work well with internal staff to keep projects prioritized and on schedule

· Ability to multi-task projects simultaneously

· Effectively communicate with various levels of staff - from Account Coordinator to VP levels

· Excellent interpersonal relationship and organizational skills

· Strong work ethic

· Understanding of how print works

· Experience with Microsoft Office and maintaining up-to-date computer skills

· Knowledge of Workfront, ProofHQ, MS Project and Advantage software systems a plus

 

Education and Experience:

· Bachelor’s Degree – related field or equivalent advertising agency experience

· Thorough working knowledge of graphic design and advertising print production techniques equivalent to a minimum of 2 - 3 years in an advertising agency studio
