Job Description
We are working with a fast growing Triad area organization seeking to add an Accounting Assistant to their team. The hiring manager for this role is willing to mentor and train someone who is dedicated to being on time, consistent and can be flexible and think outside the box
This is a temporary to hire, on-site role
Responsibilities:
· Entering vendor payables
· Billing customers
· Collections
· Job costing reporting (estimate vs. actual costs, sales)
Accounting degree is not necessary, nor accounting background, if it’ a great candidate.

Position Is:
-8am-5pm, with 1 hr lunch from 12-1pm
-No overtime offered, limited to 40hr/wk per times stated above
-In-office, no remote or WFH
$21,00 - $26.00/hour
