Overview Best Buy Window Treatment, an Inc. 5000 company, is hiring a Brand Ambassador to staff events at our Costco partner locations. Base pay range is $20,000.00/yr - $30,000.00/yr, with the actual pay based on skills and experience. The role involves representing the brand at events, engaging with customers, and coordinating with our team to nurture the Costco partnership. What Will You Do Serve as the first point of contact with new customers at Costco partner locations Set up and maintain in-store vendor and booth displays throughout the day Engage with potential customers to educate them about the products we offer Qualify leads and arrange for a free in-home appointment with a Professional Designer (minimum 4-5 per day) Gather client information and use iPads to book appointments on the spot Requirements A Go-Getter — sociable and able to interact with every customer while delivering results with a smile Detail Oriented — focus on every detail and ensure nothing is left out Proficient at Listening — truly listen to customer needs Great at Communicating — strong written and verbal skills Growth-oriented — eager to learn and grow your knowledge and skills Professional — provide excellent customer service and create a positive experience One year of sales or customer service experience Speak fluent Spanish and English Experience at a trade show, event, or sponsorship table is preferred Ability to work on a tablet or iPad (training provided) Available 11am - 6pm, three days per week, with one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday); both weekend days preferred Able and willing to stand for several hours at a time Benefits $17.00/hour + $10.00 bonus per scheduled completed appointment + performance bonus Opportunity for advancement 401k with company matching Aflac benefits Paid time off Notice: The offer for this position is contingent upon the completion of a satisfactory background check.
